I have been renting vehicles through Woodford for the past 3 years. I find that their rates are usually better than those of their competitors, especially for long-term rentals, and their vehicles generally new, in mint condition and reliable. After my last rental, I disagreed with deductions that had been made from my account and after contacting one of the Woodford directors, the matter was resolved within a couple of days. I was very impressed with their great service, so besides pricing and quality, I will now also choose Woodford for their outstanding customer care.
