We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent service we received from Woodford Car Rental during our recent visit.

From check-in to check-out, everything was exceptionally well organised. Our booked vehicle was exactly what we had reserved, beautifully equipped with all the lovely gadgets, and it was a pleasure driving it around Umhlanga and Ballito.

Our check-out was super-fast and efficient, but what impressed us most was the outstanding service we received from Bongani. He went far beyond what was expected by offering us a lift to the departure lounge. He even arranged a trolley for our luggage and personally assisted us with loading it. This level of care and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference.

Throughout our rental, all the Woodford personnel we dealt with were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and efficient. Every question was answered with patience and professionalism.

The consistently high quality of service we have received from Woodford — now for the second year in a row — is exactly why we will be returning to Woodford for our future car rentals.
