Terrible Service

Poor experience. Booked an 8 seater vehicle at Woodford cape town Airport. Got there with 7 passengers in tow only to be told that they don't have the vehicle. Yet they confirmed my booking weeks in advance!!! How does that work. They then offered me 2 Toyota corollas which didn't help cos we only had 1 licensed driver. On top of that the staff told me I should go around to other car rentals and ask them but there is nothing they can do!!!! Terrible experience
