Terrible service

Really wish i could share a great review but unfortunately not - Woodford confirmed my reservation and also took my holding fee, when I went to collect the car, the attendant immediately offered me a different car that what I had initially booked a moth before, when I insisted that I wanted that specific car I was then told that my credit score does not allow, and all this happens at the time of collection and after the held my money for over month which till this day they did not return, what an inconvinience
