terrible service at Woodford car hire Cape Town

we requested a car from Woodford car hire at Cape Town Int Airport. We requested a Toyota Avanza 7 seater as we were 5 people. We were given the amount of R3769.06 and that was paid on 15 Jan 2020. We arrived on 17 Feb 2020 and were told by the agent helping us no Avanzas we available. We were given a Nissan Hardbody which was way to small and did not fit our requirements. The agent also told us that everything was paid we owe nothing. We will only pay for the petrol we use. so now on 17 April 2020 I received an email stating that the amount of R3227.49 was not paid and will be deducted from my credit card. By no means I could get in contact with them but they were quick to send me their lousy email. The amount was in fact deducted from my account on 18 April 2020. I must go through so much trouble now and it is lockdown to get my money back. This is the most ********** and unprofessional service from a car agency ever. I will never make use of them again and will definitely never refer anyone to them! Pathetic !
