Terrible service and not getting what you paid for

<p>We hired a car from woodford car hire in Cape Town. Upon arrival the gentleman helping us had said that the car we had rented and paid for was unavailable and that we need to take a lower grade car. When receiving the standbin car the inspector tells us that "you better hope that the people with that car don't extend their stay and that they bring back the car". WE BETTER HOPE???????? The attendant never apologized for the inconvenience nor showed any attempt to make things right. Their attitude was one of "oh well that's all we can do for you now and that's that". They then promised to swap out the car the same day by 2pm. When we called them at 3pm they had said it will be ready soon. By 21:30 that evening we still had not received the car. When we called they had said that we will get it soon. It is now the next day and we still do not have what we booked and paid for. </p>
