Terrible service

Extremely unhappy with the service received with the Woodford Cape Town international airport branch , we hired a car and when we didn’t receive an invoice before departing was told that the airport WiFi does not work, we later realised the agent assisting did not capture the details correctly. We clearly stated our drop off time but that as well was captured incorrectly resulting in a lot of additional chargers. When asking for a manager they refused to provide the details and said the agent who assisted us would call us back and that we would sort the issue out of the additional charge, Still no word from anyone. Terrible first time experience
