Terrible experience

I have a had a terrible experience at your OR Tambo branch by the supervisor Collin.

I am rather experienced in hiring vehicles at various vendors and I am well aware of the policy behind the credit card and debit card issue.

Based on this, I called your call centre "prior" to making payment asking if the card I use to make payment which is a cheque card that is embossed, will I be able to use the same card at collection. The answer was yes as long as it is embossed. Unfortunately I did not take the gentleman's name down.

I arrived at OR Tambo to collect my paid for vehicle and that's when it all started. I was informed that I cannot use the same card as it is not a cheque card.

Collin was extremely unhelpful, extremely unprofessional, extremely rude and threatened to get me kicked out of your branch. I do agree that I was extremely frustrated as he was not listening to anything I had to say.

All I wanted was a vehicle, or my refund as the payment was made and immediately taken out of my account.

He refused to assist with anyone else that can help and said I should take it up with the director directly.
