Terrible

We arrived on the day to collect the vehicle at 7am, only to be told they didn’t have the Vito we booked, would we accept a smaller car. Unfortunately we could not take anything smaller as my dad has a wheelchair and we had 7 people travelling. They scrambled to find us a Vito while we waited for 3 hours. When the Vito arrived it had no hub caps. The manager also gave us a 10% discount for the error/delay, which has never materialised. They said they had attempted to call us the day before, but I received emails and watsapps telling me everything was in order. I had even called myself the afternoon before collection to check someone would be there for the 7am collection, which they confirmed. They also never reply to their watsapp service, despite claiming it’s an easy way to lodge query’s or make contact. I will never book with Woodford again.
