Terrible customer service from Woodford car hire

I booked a Mercedes GLE 2 months in advance. I paid R12000 in advance.When I arrived at CT international airport I was told that they don’t have that vehicle available.We had children and we had to wait for 2 hours .Eventually we had thrifty car rental assisting us.We managed to get a GLC at a much better rate.We only received our refund a week later from Woodford. I definitely will not recommend using Woodford car hire,although I used them for a long time prior to this incident
