Terrible after sales service

I usually have a really good experience whenever i use Woodford, so this was as a very disapointing situation. I returned my rental car on Monday morning the 27/11/2023 at 7:30am. According to the rental policy, deposit holds are cancelled immediately and takes UP TO 72 hours to clear. I expectee my funds to clear this morning, the 30/11/2023. When this did not happen i called the call centre and was told the King Shaka branch only released the depaoit a day later. Which means all my debit orders which were supposed to have come off tonight are going to hit back and im going to be responsible for all those fees until i have my R12,500 cleared on my credit card.
