Taking money *******ly, bad customer service

The company takes a credit card as a deposit before renting the car, in case there will be fees that need to be paid. A few days after returning the car, I received a charge from them for dozens of toll roads I allegedly drove on. In practice, these are roads that I have not been in their area at all. On some of the days they wrote that I drove on toll roads, I didn't drive at all. I asked for an explanation for the charges, it's been 3 days and I still haven't received any answer
