Super Service at King Shaka - use Woodfords!

Everything was top quality. The KZN service area/reception/office space is spacious clean and well maintained. In comparison to the shocking condition of your allocated space at Cape Town International Airport, the space at King Shaka International Airport is palatial. The customer service and care at King Shaka is of an exceptional standard. I was treated well, my agreement was assessed for suitability in respect of estimated km's to be riven and done so professionally. There was no delay once I was at the front of the queue, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The goodbye and enjoy your rental is just the perfect touch. One area of improvement: The team at the collection point are always extremely busy, this is good and understood. BUT when a customer says there is my car as I had checked the registration against the check-out print-out - do not wave your customer away and tell them to go to the Wendy house just behind where their rental vehicle is waiting, with the ignition on, air con on and radio on...... When I climbed the steps with my ***** hip, got there, I was shown back to the vehicle with: "But your car is just outside." I turned around, shook my head and went out again. No word said....as this is exactly what I said to the staff member outside. Except I had climbed the stairs, walked out again and now he was satisfied and attended to me....LOL!!! Really???
