Suggest improvement of customer reception stations

Relatively satisfied with the rental car through Woodfood Car Hire at Cape Town Airport. More time could be spent in better communicating in a no pressure circumstances when explaining and signing rental contact. Service desks are too close together and with quite a few customers at the same time it is difficult to hear and understand everything correctly. Other than that, the staff are very friendly and very helpful when issues need to be resolved.
