Struggling to keep up with promises

Admin is disappointing. They promise to reverse hold on card within 72 hours but after a week and even messaging the “MD Line” this hasnt happened.

Additionally the email I received when I hired the car said that I do not need to return the car with the tank full, but elsewhere i read that an admin fee will be charged.

Please make up your mind in terms of the promises that are being made.
