I rented one of their rental everything went well. On returning the vehicle I was traveling with my eldest son and baby from our hotel in Sandton I used GPS to drive to the airport as we handed over the car I forgot my IPhone X in the cup holder of the rental I discovered it after I had crossed immigration and I didn’t even had worry as I just assumed the phone would be kept at lost and found I sent through someone on the same day to go collect the phone only to be told it was never found. And on my find my iPhone it was now in Thembisa days later it kept moving to Kempton Park and now the phone is not active. I have tried calling and emailing this Company they don’t respond I called their head office apparently an incident was never reported about my phone by any of their employees. It makes you wonder what this Company is all about I would never recommend this kind of service to anyone it’s so unprofessional of this Company’s employees.
