Still waiting for refund

<p>On the 3rd October 2016 I hireed a car at Cape Town international airport I returned the car on the 8th October. My deposit has still not been released dispite this email I recieved from them on the 25th October</p> <p>Good Day Grant</p> <p> </p> <p>I do apologize for the inconvenience for the delay in your deposit clearing, kindly note a cancellation was sent through to the bank on the 10 October cancelling your deposit however I have sent a follow up mail enquiring why it hasn’t been done as yet and will revert with feedback once I receive a reply from the bank.</p> <p>Please view attached the follow up mail which was sent to the bank</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards</p>
