Still waiting for my deposit

Such a horrible experience with this company. Returned their car on the 2nd of April and have been waiting for my deposit since than. I have called and was told that i should give the company 7 to 10 working days, of which i did. It's almost 3 weeks now and there has been no feedback. Their phone lines are forever not working. Please pay my deposit
