This company is a *****. Agree one price, get a contract signed promising they would get the contract reissued the next day, and waiting after 9 days to raise this issue again at Cape Town Airport. Blame admin, say they are inundated and well behind. Discuss another two weeks plus, and price of dropping at Joburg Airport. Promised calls lead to nothing despite face to face promises in their office. Managers are without any power seemingly to admit they have a problem and correct despite insistence each time it will occur the next day. Total deflection. Then try to call numerous numbers without anyone picking up. Contract extension cannot be processed because of zero ability to pick up the phone or respond on their WhatsApp the same day, and moreso their system doesn't recognise their original booking nunbers, so the computer says no, and give up. Today had a call from a lady chasing up on my requirements, despite not having had matter resolved as promised yesterday. She sees the problem and promises to fix it. Roll on 5pm no answer, so I call again, and yet more going around in circles, it appears no-one can possibly accept where they are at, and the computer says no. Taking triple amounts out of my bank account has royally *****ed up my holiday, and it appears they are not just inept but are acting *****ulently as they promise one thing, do another and then they don't ask, they just rake out a load more money without asking me for confirmation. Am putting a hold onto any payment with this ridiculous company. I am still awaiting this matter to he resolved. Stinkers! And I thought I had seen it all, and I am very wise with transactions, small print and any contract.
