*****ing my deposit by not paying back the amount they owe me

NEVER rent from Woodford car rental. Through sheer apathy and, I further suspect, ********* business practices have simply ignored my repeated requests to have my R5,000 deposit paid back. The Woodford branch at Cape Town International Airport instructed Woodford head office to pay back the money, but nothing happens. PATHETIC excuses and NO action. I've lost R5,000, which Woodford admits is owing to me, but they have done nothing to pay me back. STAY AWAY from Woodford!
