Stay away, terrible service 😞
If possible I wouldn't give a star at all, 22 Dec 2023 I picked up the car, brought it back 30 Dec 2023 as per my booking.
Today is 12 January 2024, I am still waiting for my refund/deposit. I have been in contact with every department in the company but to no help. Told to contact my bank, which i been also doing but still no one is helping me.
Sandton branch manager told me IT'S JUST R4000. Then she started screening my calls and the customer service department keeps "handling" me. 15days and counting...my bank account is now incurring negative costs as debits are not getting anything, someone somewhere is ****ing up with me
