Stay away!!!

First, they claimed this company is owned by Indian Muslims but clearly doesn't follow Islamic principles because Riba usury was involved here. I was overcharged for a small chip on the windscreen which they won't replace but labeled it as "running". After I told them I was unhappy about this, they said they would investigate the claim. Emails were sent but no one got back to me. To my surprise, the same day I returned the car, my account was charged close to R6000-case closed! FYI-fixing that kind of chip doesn't cost as much as you charged at PG glass!!! As if that wasn't enough, they also charged me for excess kilos close to R4000 when they made me change cars in between. The initial car's kilos weren't recorded when I returned it. Yet, they used the second car to charge me for the excess. In total, I had to pay an extra R10000 rands which has never happened before when I rented at AVIS. Never again Woodford! BTW, still waiting for my rental deposit yet you were quick to deduct for the windscreen damage of a car I took from OR Tambo in a dark ba*****t.
