STANDING IN THE RAIN AND COLD AT THE CPT INTL AIRPORT CHECK-IN IS NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE Airport - not a pleasant experience.

Standing outside in the queue at the Cape Town International Airport in the cold Cape Town rain and wind is NOT pleasant, you need to increase the size of your reception area and also, as you are so popular and busy now, you need to increase the number of staff on duty as well as improve your IT systems. The online mobile facility was not particularly helpful. The staff on duty were friendly, efficient and did their best to expedite the check-in. It was much appreciated after standing in the cold. Returning the vehicle was seamless with very efficient and polite, friendly staff. I must compliment you on the quality, standard and condition of your vehicles. Well done on this aspect.
