So long and never again.

For many years I chose Woodford over the other "big" car hire companies. I took pride in supporting the little guys, the local guys. But after 2 unfortunate incidents in the space of about 3 weeks it is clear to me that Woodford is as *******, as money-grubby and as confined by nonsense corporate policy as the big guys - so if you are hoping for good, empathetic service, go literally anywhere else.
