So far our experience has been very pleasant ! Picking up the car was smooth and easy, especially dealing with Jezica Dry. She handled everything professionally and with a personable tone. The computer was a little slow but in the mean time she offered water which was nice. The car level we booked (Toyota Corolla) was not available and she offered an suv which was nice but unfortunately for us, we needed a vehicle with a trunk or something that had a covered trunk so that our luggage was hidden. This led to her and her manager agreeing that the next option for us was to do a free upgrade for a larger luxury car. This was amazing for us and the trunk was exactly what we wanted! Dealing with Jezica Dry and Woodford has been very pleasant and would recommend !
