So disappointed
I always praised Woodford king shaka car rental until this past Thursday 22/07/2025. I didn't get the car as paid. I had to cancel my trip as it was planned around this. The struggle and trauma caused through the service experience with Woodford even caused me phone as I got s****** since I had to rely on public transport. I really need to get refunded my rental funds that was paid online. So sad how I got treated in this branch.

You got paid for the service that you didn't rendered and you don't see anything wrong with it. You will have to refund my rental funds or I would scream until someone hears me.
