Slow queues but good service overall
Took us more than an hour to get our car as the queues was so long. There should be a separate line for customers who booked online and walk in customers but other than that the staff is really helpful and friendly, we received a nice family car. The despatch agent Logan from CPT Airport is wonderful, helpful and very friendly. Kudos to him. Returning the car was quick and easy.
