The customer service at Hatfield branch was amazing. The paperwork was expedited diligently and the entire process from booking, collection to drop-off was seamless. I've used many car hire companies before, Woodford Car Hire is by far the best. The cherry on top for me was the free upgrade from manual to auto, and the fact that the Vito I hired was brand new. I will definitely use Woodford Car Hire again in the near future.
