Simple, efficient car rental

I booked two different cars over the course of my trip to Durban, first a small city car and then a VW van for a longer weekend trip.<br> <br> The initial pickup, changeover and final delivery was painless.<br> <br> Only thing I feel is that the number of minor scratches and dents number into the 20-30's (the cars look great, just inevitable little marks). This is good attention to detail of the checkers but almost impossible to spot them all and it feels like you don't really have a choice but to hope the attendant spots them on the checkout and doesn't increase accuracy on the drop off.
