SHOCKING SERVICE AND TREATMENT - WOODFORD

I went to hire a car from Woodford on Saturday for 66 Days.. I booked online and paid a deposit of R1000.00 on booking and then was to settle the balance on Pick up. When i picked up and i was making payment they debited me for the full amount again. On telling the man that this was not correct he went on to say that the system never showed the deposit and that i was to receive the R1000.00 back on Monday. Needless to say i have not received this back as yet and the lady in the Durban head office is so rude and refuses to assist saying that i paid the correct amount.
