SHOCKING SERVICE !!!

<p>I booked and paid for car hire from the King Shaka Airport branch of Woodford Car Hire. I cancelled the booking and was told that my payment would be refunded within 3 working days. The hire amount was R514.00 </p> <p>Nearly 10 days later after having made numerous phone calls and sending copies of cancellation emails etc finally today to receive an email confirming cancellation today.</p> <p>R250,00 cancellation fee off of a R514.00 hire fee ...seriously ? And it will take up to 10days to receive the refund, how have they managed to stay in business ?</p> <p>These guys are an absolute joke and have NO IDEA about customer service. Im sure they have a very low rate of return of customers as hopefully they catch people only once.</p> <p>I was also not surprised to see that this company does not respond to HelloPeter.com complaints ... thats 'cos they couldnt care less</p>
