Shocking experience

All round shocking experience! From staff attitude, to computer systems, to ability to deliver a decent product. And when your complaint is dealt with by a "cut & paste" reply ... need I say more! I already have another booking with them for a future date which I will be cancelling. They had the opportunity to contact me and rectify the position but they chose to send me an inadequate e-mail. Totally unacceptable.
