Service excellence, value for money, 5 stars
I cannot tell you (although I'll do my best in this review!) just how brilliant the whole process of hiring this fabulous car with these guys was.
Online booking and payment - seamless. People at every point were friendly, helpful, and generous. Each and every person.
I booked and paid for an SUV (4 pax and luggage). It was upgraded to a Mitsubishi, automatic, brand spanking new (no plates yet!) and a dream to drive both in and around Cape Town, and to Franschhoek.
The price was so good - R3500 for 7 days (with a R5k deposit on collection, which was refunded 6 hours after I returned the car).
I have only good things to say about the whole experience, and highly and unreservedly recommend Woodford Car Hire to EVERYBODY!
