Service Excellence

Woodford Car Rental at King Shaka International Airport is, for me, a shining example of service excellence. I travelled to KZN over the weekend. Two weeks ago, I booked a rental vehichle on-line through Woodford Car Rental. I got the best and most unbelievable rate. Furthermore, i received no less than six sms's and e-mails reminding me of my booking. On the day I was to fetch the vehicle, I received a further reminder 30 minutes before my booked hour. At the office, I was met with a warm, friendly greeting and in less that 3 minutes, I was at my rental vehicle. Once again, a Woodford Car Rental staff member showed me around the vehicle and assured me that it is in great condition. <br> <br> When I dropped off the vehicle on Sunday evening, i was met by another friendly staff member, who within 30 seconds, checked the vehicle and assured me that all was in order.<br> <br> To my surprise, before I could board my flight back to Cape Town, I received my electronic invoice from Woodford, with my deposit refunded. W O W!!!<br> <br> Now that's what I call great service. Thanks a mil'.
