Service delivery
I always had good service from Woodford but in October 2019 I had a car hired by BMW on call.I received the car at my convenience at my breakdown site.I returned the car with a full tank but was charged a top up fee from my credit card.I queried it last year and I am still awaiting a refund this year.I also put a online comment last year with no response yet.They need to jack up there returns and online service delivery.Ta
