Seamless experience

Seamless exercise booking a car online and immediately received a whatsup message as confirmation. Arrived at the Hatfield branch and was received warmly by Boipelo who assisted me outstandingly so even though the car I hired they didn't have. He found me a smaller car at the OR Tambo branch. Drove to OR Tambo and yet again I was received warmly by Georgia and Martin whom I explained the situation and without fail they met my expectation. Was extremely satisfied with the seamless experience and friendliness of the staff. At this stage pending my refund I would rate the total experience a 8/10
