Rude staff,

Booked month rental and paid upfront. Staff at the Sandton branch were yelling at each other like angry siblings in front of clients, very unprofessional. Couldn't take the car I had rented, which was fine as I understand company policies, but it's now been going on 3 weeks and still no refund after multiple calls, while I have received refund from Sani in 3 days. Read reviews from other people I highly recommend not paying any deposits to this company
