Rude Staff
Hired a car from the OR Tambo Airport last week. The service was good except for the consultant that took payment at the front desk. He was quite condescending and rude in the way he spoke to me and tried to laugh it off as a joke. However, Charles who handed the car over to me was very polite and professional. He also helped with my luggage which I really appreciated.
