Rude customer services agents

I have never experienced such a rude customer service like they have but they owe me my money I wouldn't recommend them to anyone,I thought they are better than the others and I was wrong.I want my money and I want it all and wont stop bad rating them untill I get my money back as they got thier car in one piece like they gave me.
