Robbing you blind

<p>I hired a car from Woodford car hire CPT airport in February. I paid the rental in full with a child seat included. Everything went well and I returned the vehicle to the airpory depot. The next day the child seat was charged again to my credit card.I contacted them and I was told that there was an issue and there is a credit on my name and they will contact me for the payment. It is now October and I have not heard anything. It is easy to take the money but it is money that doesn't belong to them. This leaves a sour taste with me. This is definitely the first and last time I will use Woodford Car Hire.</p>
