Ripped of by Woodford Car Hire and NO deposit repayment

I took a rental from Woodford Car Hire and the left front tyre got damaged going through a pothole. Prior to returning the car to them, I went to a tyre dealer and got a quote R980-00 to replace the tyre. After retuning the car I was bul**** R2400-00 to replace the tyre that cost R980-00. Since I've been using their service over the last 4 months, I had to make many calls to get my deposit paid back to me. My current deposit is still not paid back and I told this morning that the balance was paid into my account 11 days after I returned the car and that I have to wait another 10 to 14 days for the money to be cleared and to show in my account, that is around 24 days after I returned the car to them.
