Returning funds

I paid a deposit and the charged amount to secure a vehicle for my weekend use. The vehicle was returned on time but unfortunately I had to pay their exorbitant amount for not having the car washed. By the next day extra billing for mileage was expectedly recieved. But now it's been almost 7 days of waiting for my deposit to be recieved, I have talked with a Mr Mohammed from their finance division who told me the money would reflect back to my account by the next day (that was 5days ago!!) And also spoken to a call consultant that told me that she cannot be held to his word as he is in the finance division which was different from the division that dealt with my rental (but was he not speaking on behalf of Woodford??!) As I type in now the day is not over(nor my horror experience) as I still await a call back from Woodford (though I would rather have my R8000 back and not a call).
