Return of Deposit still pending.

I hired a car with Woodford OR Tambo for the second time and on both occasions I have had issues with my deposit being returned. The latest vehicle was a BMW 3 series which was returned to the branch with no damages on Monday 15 June, I called the branch on Thurs to let them know of the delay and they assured me the deposit was processed and would clear on Friday, it didn't, I called the branch again on Friday and they said they would call the bank and get back to me, which they didn't and it's Saturday today still nothing. The service at Woodford is great and the King Shaka branch has the best staff and I have had no issues with deposits being returned at King Shaka, I have used Woodford more than 6 times and like I said, I only struggle with OR Tambo and I was told the deposit takes 2 - 3 working days to process and with King Shaka, that is true, the OR branch said the same thing on Thurs but on Friday it was now 4 - 5 working days all of a sudden.
