Resolved complaint

I would like to thank Smangele Mbhele for her outstanding customer service after resolving my issue with 72hrs as she promised me. This is after a lot of back and forth that Justice and his fellow gentleman colleague tried resolving the matter but not getting much joy from their head office.

S'ma you're really great at what you do and I'd like to thank you for resolving my issue so promptly after I've been struggling for months.
