Refund taking too long.
Woodford car hire will deduct money from your account even before taking receipt of the car. Should you cancel for any reason, they will make you wait.
I canceled my car hire on the 24th of May. Today is the 10th of June, and I have still not received my money back. I'm so disappointed.
