Refund not yet received

I hired a vehicle with them on the 20th of December 2019 and i haven't received my deposit of R5000.00 till this day. Whenever i call them they tell me that they will contact standard bank and get back to me but noone ever do. when i call back no one answers. Should they wish to contact me they can do so: ***
