Refund in deposit nightmare!!!

Obtaining a refund is like hell. I recently hired a vehicle from Woodford. They had promised me my refund would be back in my credit card with in 4-5 days max. Till date I have not received it and they are sending me invoice letters and a whole lot of other stuff but not telling me when my money would be back on my credit card. In leaving South Africa to go back home and there is still no progress really unhappy with they customer service would not recommend to anyone at all!!!!! PATHETIC
