Only issues have been (once again as has been over the four years of using WOODFORD): accounting bungling and charges taken without explanation unless you raise this with management; and don't get me wrong, I am willing to and always pay what is due. They just don't seem to have a system to explain to clients promptly, what charges have been taken, and lastly very long delays to get any sort of due refund back, not just at this time in KZN's current turmoil.

I would still recommend them though - just get to find out the managements' contact details, should issues arise.
