I recently hired a vehicle with Woodford Hatfield, yhe reception lady (I didn’t get her name) was so welcoming and even gave me a better vehicle than what I had booked. I’ll definitely go back again, the process is seamless to say the least! The deposit is released on safe return of the vehicle, should you have delays, it’s probably a delay with your bank.
