Excellent service on arrival but found that despite a lot of information provided when booing this seemed to be duplicated again and the waiting time can be streamlined to a much shorter time if the this duplication time could be eliminated Car was swapped to a similar vehicle in the class and was still relatively low mileage. Minor accident damage on front was recorded on the system and other than that the vehicle was in good condition. I was transporting elderly passengers and eventually bought a caravan type step to make entry and exit easier and would recommend this is considered as an optional extra at collection/booking
